The lab has openings for graduate students. Graduate students will be able to join the lab by entering through the UMB's graduate school programs like Molecular Medicine, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, or Program in Neuroscience.

I received my B.Tech. in Bio. Engineering and a Ph.D. from the IIT Indore in Biosciences and Biomedical Engineering; my doctoral research was focused on the fabrication of the biocompatible nanocarrier for Near-Infrared and Multiphoton Bioimaging. In Garg lab, I am learning novel aspects of mitochondrial calcium signaling, and how it is affected in a diseased state. Outside of the lab, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and exploring new places.
